Clint obtained his Ph.D in neuroscience and then worked in drug development researching novel therapeutic treatment options for pain. He then obtained his veterinary degree at UCVM in Calgary, followed by completion of a 1-year rotating internship in small animal emergency and medicine and then a 3-year residency in comparative veterinary ophthalmology. He returned to private practice general medicine and still has a special interest in veterinary ophthalmology. His motto: PUGS RULE!
