Dr. Hauer grew up in snowy Edmonton Alberta. She did her undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta in animal science, and then graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 2017. After graduation she moved out west to Victoria, BC for some adventures, met her husband, and decided to stay!

She is specifically interested in dentistry, preventative care, arthritis and mobility care, and feline urinary health. She is also always interested in learning the newest cutting edge medicine and surgery!

When she is not working, she likes to play volleyball, bike, travel, and bake. She also enjoys spending time with her toothless cat, Naula.
