Please submit your high quality photos to us and select a category you wish to enter under:
Canine Portrait - Capture the spirit behind those big eyes.
Feline Portrait - The king or queen of the household in their domain.
Adorable Kitten and Adorable Puppy - Too cute for words.
Funny pets - Those crazy antics that make you laugh, giggle and sometimes cry.
Action Pets - Catch your pet in action.
To enter, please fill out the form below and then email your photo(s) to info@jdfvet.com. Be sure to include your’s and your pet’s names, and your phone number on your email so we can correctly match them to your entry form! You can also bring in a printed photo and fill out a paper entry form with our reception staff.
The staff will vote and the winners will receive a gift basket filled with goodies for your photogenic pet and have their photo displayed in our waiting area and on our social media!
