We have been experiencing delays in the shipment of our pet food orders and pharmaceutical items (prescription items) over the past few weeks. We have received notification that this issue is unfortunately expected to get worse before it gets better due to staffing limitations in the warehouse and in the shipping process.
Traditionally we have grown accustomed to next day deliveries, but we are currently experiencing shipment delays of 5-7 business days on our food orders. Our distributor has promised to prioritize pharmaceuticals to ensure that those continue with minimal delays to delivery – however – we do recommend planning and preparing in advance.
Until things return to normal with the food deliveries and pharmaceuticals, we are asking that our clients please give us two (2) weeks notice for food ordering requests and 72 hours notice for all pharmaceuticals (prescription refills) so that we can do our best to get the products delivered and/or prepared on time.
